Medical Disclaimer
Last Updated: [EFFECTIVE DATE]
Please read this before relying on anything you see on this website.
If you think you or someone else may be having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately. Do not use our contact form, email address, text messages, or a mobile IV request to report an emergency.
Informational Purposes Only
Everything on this website — service descriptions, ingredient summaries, pricing, and general wellness information — is provided for education and general information. It is not medical advice, and it is not a diagnosis, evaluation, treatment plan, or recommendation for any specific person.
Good Faith Exam Requirement
A Good Faith Exam is required once per year before receiving elective IV therapy. The annual exam fee is $27 and is separate from any IV treatment or package price shown on this website. Treatment cannot be provided until the annual Good Faith Exam requirement is completed and on file.
Minimum Charge
A $100 minimum purchase is required for mobile service. If your selected treatment or package total is below $100, the minimum service charge will apply.
Individual Results Vary
People respond to hydration and IV nutrient therapy differently. Nothing on this site is a promise of a particular result, level of improvement, or timeframe.
Not Everyone Is a Candidate
Elective IV therapy is not appropriate for everyone. Before treatment, a review may include:
- medical history and current medical conditions
- current medications and supplements
- known allergies and prior reactions
- current symptoms
- vital signs
- pregnancy or breastfeeding status, where relevant
- any other clinically relevant information
Final decisions about whether treatment is offered, what is included, and how it is administered are made by appropriately licensed healthcare professionals in accordance with applicable law, clinical protocols, and provider authorization.
About Our Package Names
Our IV package names — including Head Case, Gut Check, Pour Decisions, The Dominator, Maximum Domination, and similar names — are descriptive marketing names. Terms used alongside them, such as references to migraine, stomach, or hangover-related discomfort, describe the general wellness context in which people often ask about a package.
These names and descriptions are not a representation that a treatment will diagnose, cure, prevent, or successfully treat any disease, symptom, or medical condition. Whether any option is appropriate for you is a clinical decision.
Package names and any symptom- or condition-related wording used across the site should be reviewed by the company's clinical and legal advisors before launch to confirm the claims are appropriate for a Texas elective IV therapy business.
Ingredient Information
Ingredient descriptions on this website are general educational summaries. Actual availability, specific ingredients, concentrations, and dosing may vary and are determined according to applicable provider orders and clinical protocols at the time of service.
FDA Statement
Statements on this website have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Services described here are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
This page is a draft prepared for review by the company's healthcare attorney and compliance professional. Publishing it does not by itself make the business legally compliant, and bracketed items are unverified placeholders that must be completed or removed before launch.
