If Something Isn't Right
Tell us. You can reach us by phone or email, and you can also review our Complaints & Concerns page, which explains how issues are handled and lists Texas regulatory resources.
Consent to treatment is handled separately at the time of care and is not covered by this page or by our website terms.
This page is a draft prepared for review by the company's healthcare attorney and compliance professional. Publishing it does not by itself make the business legally compliant, and bracketed items are unverified placeholders that must be completed or removed before launch.

Contacting us is a request for information or an appointment. It does not create a guarantee that services will be provided, and it is never a substitute for emergency care — call 911 in an emergency.
